I really hate to give these guys a bad rating! I’ve bought suits from here for 15 years always buying from Carlos who gave me great service. Two days ago I went in needing a suit and had the following issues...

... I was called fat ... told to buy a double breasted suit which I told the lady I didn’t like ... Given no help finding a suit that would fit basically leaving me to look and try on and match things up .... when they tailored the suit they didn’t do it right the pants were way to big and slowly falling down ... I was told when I called a day later to ask if they’d retailor it (because they did it wrong) that I’d be charged to fix their mistake. So I told them I’d never buy another suit from them again and that I’d leave this review telling my experience.

Honestly their suits are cheap quality, in very wild and out of style colors. I only went because they were fast and Carlos provided such good service. My advice is if you can deal with him go for it if not don’t...

My fiancé came in to get a suit for our upcoming wedding, and the customer service along with all the products were amazing! The owners are very nice and extremely helpful in making the entire process so easy! They had a sale “Christmas in July” going on during our visit, and my fiancé was able to get a brand-new navy suit (jacket, pants, collared shirt, vest) with alterations for $260 total!!! This price is unbeatable. If we had gone to Men’s Wear House for their rental suits, we would’ve paid $220 or more on a suit we don’t even keep! I’m so glad we stopped by!
