KFC — Restaurant in Burlington

Visited Huffman Mill Rd location on 10/22/22 after 1pm and orded at drive thru. Two 3 piece chicken tender combos both with french fries, unsweetened tea and a diet Pepsi. Simple. I wasn't asked about sauce so when I got up to the window, I asked for the buffalo ranch sauce. I was told there was an extra charge. I paid for one sauce and drove home. What I got: Each box contained two thighs and a drum stick. One box had french fries the other had mashed potatoes and gravy (threw those away!) drinks were correct. I called KFC to report my experience- The person taking orders is not paying attention or something is wrong with the speaker at the drive thru. The manager apologized. I gave two stars instead of one because it was partly my fault that I arrived home with the incorrect order. I didn't check my ticket or the meals I was given before leaving the store drive thru. I was charged for two 3 piece chicken meals instead of the tenders I ordered. Telling me I needed to pay extra for dipping sauce should have been the tip off that my order was taken incorrectly. Today was the first time in years I've been to any KFC. I only went today because the friend with me wanted KFC for lunch. I...

My experience was absolutely fabulous the upper management needs to pay close attention to This Crew.. my food was perfect I didn't wait long it was cooked absolutely perfect very tasty the crew was wonderfully Pleasant polite concise and friendly. . Furthermore, I thought I already posted the pictures and comment here.... .If not, I'm glad to do it again.. I was that impressed... I say upper management at kfc needs to give these people a raise first of all..period.. and use them to train or model them for how other kfc workers should be like.. My food was perfect the sandwich look like the pictures and or commercials on tv and that's pretty good - because I think they don't use actual products for the pictures or the commercials on TV. They use paint and stuff to make an look perdect... But, somehow this crew made absolutely perfect for me . Not just one either.. all of them were perfect... .. is exactly why I took a picture of them I was so impressed.. I live 150 miles away just happen to stop in get some food and I'm glad I did. :-).. Pay attention to This Crew kfc your people at work making you...

Ordered 2 Chicken Pot Pies, twice. first time, NO CHICKEN. Should have been called potato, 3 peas, 4 slivers of carrots and cream pot pie. Called the management and reported the situation. They said we should come in and they would make a pot pie special and make sure it had chicken. Did so the next day, expected to eat CHICKEN POT PIE. Guess what, no CHICKEN. Called the phone number to report the situation and they offered to send me a $5.00 credit or a phone call from the owner. accepted the offer of a phone call from the owner. Have waited almost 3 weeks and have not received a phone call. We moved here from Southport, NC where our Kentucky Fried Chicken was excellent and their Pot Pies HAD CHICKEN. Needless to say, we will never go back and I see from other reviews that many will not go back. Disgraceful that an owner has their employees write up 5 star reviews. And the restaurant needs to have a major cleaning. STAY AWAY. Go to Bojangles, they are better...
