We brought dinette set that has upholstered chairs very nice looking set. The issue is when we were in the warehouse looking around I felt like something was biting me on my legs and ankles I only felt being bitten when I sat or stood next to this set. I told my husband something is biting me, he said he didn’t feel nothing. I sat in the chair of the set and I felt like I had bugs on my legs but I couldn’t see nothing but I could feel the bites. We brought the set I told my husband they need to spray for fleas or whatever is infested in the carpet and furniture. The furniture was delivered on 8/10 Wednesday. No one has sat in the chairs we have all been bitten so it’s just sitting not being used. I will call the store to see if they can order me some more chairs. My husband is has red with bites because he sat in the chairs. Meanwhile we purchased was flea and tick spray and sprayed the chairs and the problem is still there. It’s not our house we always have it professionally sprayed to protect ourselves from infestation of bugs. Read moreI bought a new living room set and a complete bedroom set. The price was fair but not cheap. We spent about 5 grand there. For the most part the furniture has been good. Now the reason for the one 🌟 we were told that service and warranty was what separated them from the rest! Well to start off they didn't have one of the end tables and had to order it. After waiting for 2 months I bought it from Amazon for half the price delivered! Now we'll on July 18th the cable for the recliner couch broke. I called and was told they would replace it. It's now August 31st and still no cable. I told them once again it was available on Amazon for 10 bucks. They said if I buy it they would be glad to repay me for it! Really! I hope this don't happen to someone not able to flip the couch over and take it apart and replace it themselves. I am done as a customer and recently did not recommend them to someone ready to spend 5k.. so still waiting in Burlington . I guess I will have to buy my own part and fix it....

I am in the market for a sectional and stopped by your Holly Hill Mall location at 6:40 pm Friday evening with the understanding the store closed at 7:00 pm. I wanted to look around for a few minutes and when I walked in, I was approached with "we are closing"........ I let them know that I would just like 5 minutes to browse as I was being respectful of the time. The salesman told me that they were fixing to cut the lights out and I politely asked him "are you asking me to leave?" and before he could answer, all the lights went out. I was back in my vehicle at 6:43pm. Since then, I have visited other furniture stores in Burlington and received excellent customer service that wanted my business.
