Disappointing Experience — Nothing Has Changed Over the Years I thought long and hard before deciding to write this review, but after visiting this hibachi buffet on two separate occasions — once around 2018 or 2019 and again recently — I felt it was necessary to share my honest thoughts. Sadly, nothing has improved since my first visit. Most recently, I went for dinner and noticed right away how quiet the place was, with very few people dining in. The food looked like it had been sitting out for hours. The dumplings tasted off, almost spoiled, and the chicken was cut into tiny bite-sized pieces that were overcooked and difficult to chew — possibly an attempt to stretch limited portions. One of the most confusing parts of the buffet is the raw hibachi section. It’s placed right next to the ready-to-eat buffet items, but there’s no signage to explain that the food is raw and meant to be cooked separately. That could be a serious health concern for guests who aren’t familiar with how hibachi buffets typically work. What’s most disappointing is the lack of quality. I understand this is a family-owned business, but I truly hope they wouldn't serve food like this to their own families. At $16.99 per adult (Monday through Thursday), the price is simply not justified by what’s being offered. After giving this place a second chance, I can honestly say I will not be returning. It’s hard to believe it's still operating in the mall, and I sincerely hope improvements are made for future customers.

STAY AWAY HEALTH RISK. Dear Mr Hibachi. It was my little girls birthday and she wanted sushi today. We just moved to the area a couple months ago and thought we would try out your restaurant. We were highly disappointed. It was a Sunday and the lack of people should have told us something but we try not to judge till we try it. The lighting is horrible for a reason. The shrimp on the hibachi was clearly bad. I told someone and they made no effort to change it out. The fried fish was also rancid. The majority of the food was cold or clearly reheated and had been sitting. Even the wasabi for the sushi was liquid. I have never been this disappointed in a food place before. It was a total let down and for two kids and two adults it was $60. I have never called the health department before but tomorrow I am making a call before someone ends up sick or dead.

The staff are friendly I will give them that, but I went with my family for dinner since it was their first time eating here & none of the food on the buffet was ready or it had been sitting there for a very long time & looked old . Especially the crab ragoon.. my wife was upset because it’s her favorite but it was very dark looking & just looked inedible . On top of that, the Dishes were dirty which disappointed me the most . The plate I selected from the clean plate rack to eat on was filthy & had old chunks of dry food on it . When I addressed it to the lady working she did handle it very well which is why I gave 3 stars for service, but other than that it was just a bad experience . Eat here at your own risk .

Do not pay with a card! They swiped my card for a different amount than what was on my bill. I have my card sit up where transaction & my balance is delivered through text message. Soon as my card was swiped I got a notification with a different amount. I showed my waitress the transaction on my phone she told me I COULD NOT TALK TO HER MANAGER! I walked past her towards the register she tried her best to stop me so I wouldn’t reach the front. As I was walking they started talking in a language that I couldn’t understand. I told I’m assuming it was the manager what happened, as I’m standing at the register she is talking to someone behind the register there’s a lady laying down on the floor behind the register. Make a long story short they passed me around to three different people & I still didn’t get my money back. They will swipe your card for a different amount if I didn’t have alerts on my phone I would have never none. Myself & my 3 daughters ate. 2 adults & 2 kids my bill was $66.83 but charged my card. $79.84 the food was...
