So I took my family to eat. 1st the frozen margaritas weren't all that frozen. 2nd, the waiter tell me that I can not get my food without onions. My wife & I have a Severe onion allergy. So I continue to order for my kids and the waiter let's me order a meal called Pollo Chipotle for my 5 year old grandson, without warning that this would be spicy. His attitude was very poor & very unsatisfactory. So my kids wanted fried ice cream, when it comes to the table it looks great. But the taste of the fried ice cream was stale. Whatever the ice cream was coated in was disgusting. My kids love dessert but they left this sitting on the table. I order 3 meals & a kids meal cuz the 3rd meal was to spicy, 2 frozen margaritas, 3 ice teas & fried ice cream & the check was over $100. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND...

La Cocina restaurant at The Holly Hills Mall in Burlington sucked! The food sucked! I had what was supposed to had been a ribeye steak with shrimp and pico de gallo, lettuce and rice. Well the steak was over cooked and it wasn't a ribeye at all! It looked to be a skirt or flank steak!...and it was dry! The rice tasted old and dry thank goodness for the pico de gallo I was able to mix it in with the rice. The shrimp were good, cooked just right. And what I had cost $16.75! The steak was so flat and over done...I'm pretty sure they couldn't even make it medium rare like I wanted because it was so flat! Anyway, I've eaten at there other location on S. Church St. also in Burlington and that one is way better.( I ate all only because I...

The food here is extremely salty I'm surprised I didn't get sick because of it, even after drinking 3 liters of water afterwards and I still feel very dehydrated; all I had was two chimichangas with lettuce, sour cream, and beans. The waiters around here are always rushing around like they are in a race even though it wasn't very busy. When the food came out the waiter almost spilled it on me while placing it on the table and did not apologize. And they got my order wrong I was given chicken instead of beef. Also the way they food looked like it seemed they just threw it all together, it looked like a stew of everything mixed together on my plate; next time I'm sticking to a better mexican restaurant like burrito loco this place...

We were 12 next to another party which was about 12 also what about 24 people you would think they would have service people waiting around because everyone's going to need something they checked on me three times over the course of an hour... The people serving are nice but they just don't realize that you need to check at least every 5 minutes to make sure on a party that size that everyone has what they need ... I had free refills on soda and I think a couple other items and we needed napkins and some other things that once we told them it was 20 minutes before they came back maybe just a little need a little more training on customer service

First off I want to state that the service was awesome during my recent visit. The chips and salsa were good as well. So naturally I thought I was going to have a good meal. I got a taco salad and it looked good until I started eating it. I witnessed my taco salad turn into meat mush right before my eyes. It was so weird and unappetizing. It had the consistency of vomit with the flavor of freezer burn. Staff comped the salad and offered me something else but I had already lost my appetite. I’m sure this place has other good dishes but then again, how hard is it to mess up a taco salad?
