Country Grill — Restaurant in Burlington

Didn't even get through the door. Absolute cluster**. If you want to be seated, just push your way to the front of the line, like the two groups of people did to us, despite letting them know there is a line. No professionalism whatsoever. Management has no qualms about this type of issue, as she wrote it off as sorry, we are busy! What a joke. My advice? Don't waste your time...especially if they are "BUSY." With over 7 years experience in the restaurant industry, I know what busy means. I don't recall it being defined as just taking the money of whoever pushed to the front first! I also noticed that none of the seated tables even had their food and many of them were sitting with menus the whole 15 minutes we were there. Word of advice to manangement: efficient business practices can mitigate the chaos of being "busy." Word of advice to future patrons: plenty of other great places to eat!

My experience in this place was awful, I came to eat breakfast with two other coworkers and the cooker told the manager that he was not going to cook for the table I was sitting because apparently he had issues with the my friends girlfriend, and the manager stood there and do nothing I was refused to be served in a public place over personal matter, that’s awful, if I could give -0 start I would and I’m taking actions to the matter but I also want the public and owners to know what’s going on in their business. We waited for 20 minutes there were tables open some clean some not. We watched the waitresses stand around talking more than doing their job. 3 waitresses were crowded around one table laughing and talking. I did not see people at a table being waited or checked on. They saw people at the door, and one lady in a wheelchair they did not care. They were rude, one waitress spilled hot coffee right in front of the lady in the wheelchair and said awe I'm spilling it but never cleaned it up just smirked. We left because clearly no one was getting seated soon, and we had a time frame of 2 hours we knew we were not gonna make...
