Sakura Japanese — Restaurant in Burlington

If I could give this place o starrs I would. I advise DONT WASIE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. I GOT A MEAL FULL OF CRUD FROM THEIR GRILL BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T CLEAN IT. WHEN I GOT THE MEAL HOME AND AFTER GETTING SETTLED IN FOR THE NIGHT, I OPENED IT AND TOOK ONE BITE AND TASTE THE HARD CRAP. I FORKED THROUGH THE MEAL TO SEE THE CRUD WAS MIXED THROUGHOUT MY WHOLE MEAL. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND WAS TOLD TO BRING THE MEAL BACK AND THEY WILL MAKE ME ANOTHER ONE. I EXPLAINED THAT I ALREADY DROVE ALL THE WAY HOME AND WAS SETTLED IN FOR THE NIGHT. I ASKED CAN I COME TOMORROW AFTER WORK. THE LADY SAID YES. I WENT AFTER WORK AND THE OWNER WAS THERE. HE TOLD ME HE WILL HAVE TO CHARGE ME HALF PRICE BECAUSE I DON'T BRING THE FOOD BACK. I SHOWED HIM THE PICTURE I TOOK OF ALL THE BLACK CRUD AND HE SAYS YOU ATE THE MEAL AND STILL INSISTED I PAY HALF. HOW IN THE WORLD IS ANYONE GOING TO BE ABLE TO EAT A MEAL WITH PIECES OF THE DIRTY GRILL THROUGHOUT IT. DUH!!! HE WAS YELLING AND VERY RUDE. I SAID BOTTOM LINE YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR COOKS CLEAN YOUR GRILL. YOU SHOULDN'T BE SERVING PEOPLE NASTY FOOD AND THEN ACT LIKE THE CUSTOMER OWES YOU SOMEHING. We came in to eat about 10 minutes before they closed and asked if we could eat dine-in or if they preferred we got the food to-go. They told us dine-in was fine and so we assumed they were fine. As soon as our waitress came over we had to deal with a bunch of attitude and rude comments. Along with that, the other waitstaff were just sitting around glaring at us and shaking their heads at us for the entirety of our visit. I understand coming in late was problematic but they could have told us to get the food to-go. On top of that we weren't the only table in the restaurant, yet we received the worst service. The restaurant itself wasn't clean, however the food was decent. I've never encountered such awful service my entire life. We left about 5 minutes into our meal and we were still treated awfully. Me, being a waitress myself, I understand how late customers can be bad, but they treated us really badly. I will never return again, and I suggest that everyone...

I ordered dinner last night at the one on N. Church St. in Burlington NC right before closing and the food was TERRIBLE. The mushrooms had a weird taste, the zucchini was hard, as if it was not cooked and it taste like they had cooked it with onions, which I don't eat. I ate half the rice and a few pieces of the chicken. I did not eat the salad and the extra fried rice that I ordered. I took the food back during lunch today (because they were closed last night) and they would not replace some of the food or give me any of my money back because they told the manager that I had eaten half the food, which was a LIE!!
