Today I went to Little Caesars on N. Church St to place an in store order after being placed on hold on the phone while I was in Mebane, driving all the way there and still on hold. There were approximately 7 other people waiting on their orders, whether call in or in store orders. The phone was continually ringing for orders to be placed. Everyone that was in line in front of me had already been attended to so the cashier, LaShaunda Russell (which I later learned when I asked her for her name for this review) took my order within a minute upon my arrival. LaShaunda stayed on her employees to make sure that they were working as efficiently as possible, seeing as it is Friday, which means a busier day. She steadily called for additional "hot and ready" items to be produced. The flow of customers was so smooth for such a small establishment. LaShaunda told me that it may take a little longer than normal due to the volume of orders but would fulfill my order as quickly as possible. A period came when everyone had been waited on and no phone ringing so she went to the kitchen area to assist with cutting and packaging orders. I heard her call out "Kim has been here for a while, where is her order?" I wasn't getting antsy or anything because I felt like due to the circumstances of it being the weekend plus seeing others come and go it was normal timing. LaShaunda came marching right away with my order to place in a bag so that I could carry 4 orders of crazy puffs and an order of wings without any mishaps. Such a pleasant customer service personality. She greeted each and every customer that came through the doors and offered a kind farewell when their orders were given to them. WAY TO GO LASHAUNDA. You've got a fan (ME). BJ Bradsher, you did an amazing thing when you selected her to be your store manager for that location!!! LaShaunda makes sure that the job is done and done right. Please forgive me if I spelled your name incorrectly girlie...see ya soon. And by the way, the food...

He asked what I wanted and I said pretzel crust pizza and some cheese sticks. He said I got to go get somebody cause the register was locked. He went in back was there like 10-15 minutes I thought he was making the pretzel crust. He comes back out with just a bag in his hand like they put breadsticks in and hands it to the girl. Then another girl comes out and unlocks register he asks what was it you wanted again. So he gets cheese sticks out and the girl from back brings out the pizza. I pay for it and go next door to grocery store for soda. I drive the 14 miles home open the box and there is a plain cheese pizza😮😮😮😮😡😡😡 How do you get a cheese pizza out of Pretzel crust pizza.    Read moreI’d called to speak to the manager, but based off of how they do their service, I assume the manager probably won’t do anything about it…buy this location has got to be the worst little Caesars ever! I have never gotten a pizza that was fresh So it’s been a while since I been. I ordered a supreme pizza and a half pepperoni half cheese. The supreme pizza was fresh clearly because they have to make that per order, but they gave me a pepperoni pizza instead of a half pepperoni, half cheese and put the box at the bottom so I would not notice. I do believe they gave me the wrong pizza, but however, the pizza was clearly a pizza that’s been sitting in the warmer for at least an hour and a half if not longer, and they just reheated it. The crust was stale and hard, but it was hot. The sauce had absorbed into the dough so there was barely any sauce on the pizza. Had to go to this one because the other one on S. Church St. has been closed for a while now...
