Taqueria Food Truck — Restaurant in Burlington

this was my favorite taco truck in Burlington until 04/12/2022. after work and grocery shopping, i stopped by to grab myself and my husband dinner, i got a birria torta and ordered him quesabirria tacos. this was around 7:30/7:45pm i got home, bathed my children, put them to bed and showered myself. by the time i got ready to eat my food it was after 9 (food truck was closed) i opened up my food and checked it (only because the last time i ordered a birria torta, i asked for no avocado, yet i had avocado on it) only to see that my torta was FULL of hair. i even pulled a really long hair out the meat and it was literally tied into the meat (as if it had been cooked in it). i obviously could not go back or call since they were closed and because i work 6am-6pm i had no choice but to go back by there today 04/13/2022. i showed the older woman and a young lady the video of the hair (i have braids so there’s no way it was mine) and the older woman said “ok, i’ll fix you another one” she even checked back with me (i was waiting for about 15mins) and she asked “avocado or no?” once the sandwich was made and i grabbed the bag, the young woman said “$10” so me, being confused asked “for what?” she told me “that’s the total of it” they could not answer why i was expected to pay for their error. they also would not give me a refund on something i did not even eat. i am truly disappointed in this small business and i will be calling the health department in...

I don't know what happened. The food here used to be good. The last 2 times I ordered my soup had no flavor, no spice and barely any noodles. If you want the real deal, you need to go to 3 Hermanos- they wont rip you off. They have the yellow bus on Church street and an actual restaurant in Haw River. The food at 3 Hermanos never disappoints but they are closed Tuesdays and that is the only reason why I ordered from here. Next time I'll wait. Waste of money and pure...

Great food here. The lengua and cabeza tacos here are served perfectly and the meat is so tender and juicy. Great friendly people work on this truck. I usually spend at least 20 dollars on food here because everything is just so good it's hard to go with just one thing. This is one of the best mexican food trucks if not the best Mexican food around. I prefer going here any day over a brick and mortar restaurant. I highly recommend this taco...
