First of all I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with Verizon the way I did with the gentleman named kyroon the other day on this location. All I wanted was for someone to look at my device an add a line to my account. I been a customer for years and have family members who work for Verizon corporate so I already knew everything I needed to before going into this location. I was given nothing but false information, attitude, and disrespect because he tried talking me into a bunch of things I already KNEW I didn’t want! Then he so rudely processed to tell me that he couldn’t help me he didn’t understand why I was there an if I called in they could help me get my new device. After him not even welcoming me for the first 15 minutes when I walked in and watching him walk back and forth to the back room for god only knows what (hopefully he was looking for some common sense an manners!) I’ll never go to another wireless made simple! The worse service I have received in years! Hopefully he can become a adult soon and realize the real world needs people who know how to work with the public, if not then he needs to find a new job! Then to top it off I sent business in hoping he would do better because everyone has their off days and their experience was even worse then mine. The worse part is I reached out to his district manager and clearly the issue wasn’t resolved. I’ll never send another person to that location!    Read moreLet me start by saying this store is the issue not Verizon. I've been with Verizon for over 12 years straight and never had issues like I have with this store. I've recently upgraded phones and went to this local store as they had the phones in stock. The first time we were double charged for a service we never asked for. They threw a fit about refunding 1 of them and it would've been impossible to refund both. The second time we were charged $50 each for 2 phones for a setup fee that we did ourselves. We were in the store less than 10 minutes and switched and setup our phones ourselves. Still waiting to see if we get a refund for these charges. The store manager says he has no control over refunds. While upgrading these phones we were also told incorrect info about pricing and then later told they never told us that. Very shady people working here. I wouldn't recommend doing business here unless you like paying for extras that you don't ask for or never receive. Go to any other...
   Read moreI came here after having a super hard time at the Lewistown location. Guy from lewistown didn’t seem to have much knowledge of what was going on and it created a mess for me. I showed up to this location and a guy named Scott greeted me with a smile and said how can I help you today? I explained my situation and he went above and beyond to help me solve my problems and made sure I left with my new watch correctly activated even though it was super close to the store closing time. He made sure that I was happy with the service I received today and explained to me what I needed to do to fix the issue that was created.
