We were planning to take 3 year old son to skate, but they were having free skate so it was very busy and there were no trainers available for him to use so my husband went on the ice with him for a bit and then we left. We thought it was great that they offered a free skate day, but we would have rather paid and have it less busy with equipment available. They do mark free skate days on their monthly calender so make note if it...

Horrible customer service. Got turned away at the door because they only take reservations during open skate. Which is not mentioned on their website, which kept crashing and wasn't working. Arrived and the guy at the front was aware of the website not working. If you're aware of the problem then FIX IT. Me and family was looking to have a great family day skating. The guy at the front had the worst...

Rink 1 has bright lighting and the ice sheet is as good as you'll find in the metro. Rink 2 the lighting isn't as bright and the ice feels softer/slower, at least the last two times I skated on it. Staff are always friendly, especially Mike who has been great with my 4-year-old son who's working to overcome his fear of the Zamboni. Clean facility, classic...
