I did take out here on 5/31/25.
I ordered pork egg rolls, pad thai combo (medium), pad thai beef, and Thai basil fried rice (extra hot). We were so hungry and everything was so delicious, I didn't take any pictures for this review 😖
As a Thai-American, I am so happy there is a Thai restaurant in Burnsville that hits close to home for me.
I really enjoyed the pad thai as it is more savory than sweet. I'm not used to central Thai pad thai which is too sweet for my liking. Reminds me of the north/northeastern style which is where I'm from. The rice noodles were tender and had a nice chew.
Thai basil fried rice reminds me of how my mom makes it. I can't replicate her recipe so I'm glad I can get it here when I'm craving it.
And the pork egg rolls - I'm so happy it's made with the rice paper versus the wheat wrapper. Made with rice paper is more traditional for Southeast Asian cuisine. I love the subtle crispiness and the chewy texture I grew up with when I have pork egg rolls made with rice paper. Filling to wrapper ratio was perfect.

First time coming here after receiving ad in mail for their Grand Opening three months ago.
Order Chicken Penang and the Beef and broccoli. $33
The chicken penang was wild. Smooth, creamy, flavorful, umami! The coconut is mild and present. The thai basil comes through with a sweet then spicy ending. They don't use rock sugar from what I can taste, doesn't matter, delicious. The vegetables in this can be eaten without chicken, the broth can be DRANKED! and I did...So good. Gotta get it again!
The beef and broccoli had so much depth. The amount of sauce included is amazing to eat the rice with! You can drink this too. I did. Beef was as tender for beef and broccoli. Nice hints and cooking wine, oyster sauce, garlic, it was a hit. Would order again.
Service was straight, got take out, lady at front desk was nice and funny. :D Lots of seating as well. Bathroom in the back.

Ordered them through DoorDash for the first time. I’m Thai so I like to try new Thai restaurants in the area. I am fairly loyal to another place but thought I’d try Lemon Thai since they’re new. I got the pad see ew and side fried rice. And WOW I am truly impressed. I will be switching my Thai place now if it keeps being this good.
The pad see ew was made well, with real wide noodles. I got a medium and feel like it’s more 3.5/5 star spice so maybe order 1 level down. Portion is great as well. Not too salty or sweet. Really, truly delicious.
Side fried rice was the size of a regular white, folded takeout container. Perfect size! It was also really delicious.
I haven’t been inside the restaurant so not sure about service or atmosphere, but I can say food is 10/10!!!
UPDATE 5/13: I have ordered at least 10x from Lemon Thai. Their food is amazing. My favorite is the basil chicken stir fry. Great portions as well. They are my new favorite and I have not ordered from any other Thai...
