Michoacana Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in Burnsville

A definite language barrier if you don't speak Spanish. Even the menu is mostly in Spanish. The few English words are almost completely illegible because the text is so small and is in a goofy font, making it difficult to read from behind the counter. A menu handout or online copy would be great so I can at least translate things to figure out what the store offers.

The food in some of their pictures on Google look great, but since I can't read the menu and don't know what they are, I can't order them and don't know how much they would cost anyway.

What I could order was good, but the prices seem to be all over the place. One day it was $6, the next it was $9 for the same thing.

It seems like it could be a nice, local ice cream and snack spot, but there are some barriers I hope they're able...

I came here because I had a coupon for half off which they wouldn’t redeem- which is fine, as long as they take care of it. However, they advertise online that they can do the soursop flavor for their mangoneadas, but i was told that was only for popsicles. I then pointed to a picture they showed online and asked them to make it for me. They instead encouraged me to choose something from their fridge, which who knows how long it had been sitting there. When I said I’d prefer the thing from the picture, they instead just made me the thing from the fridge, which wasn’t the flavor I wanted and tasted absolutely terrible.
