So, I was at the Puyallup Washington fairgrounds and this company had an exhibit there late summer 2024. I was trying out what they call a swivel glider chair and feel over backwards and sustained 4 separate injuries. My wife was right there and watched the entire thing unfold. I reached out to the owner of the company who at first sounded sympathetic but then later accused me of trying to extort him. The reason for that is I went and used my medical coverage to treat all the injuries that I sustained and I told him in exchange for two chairs of a different type and one of their small bar tables that I would be willing to just let my insurance cover it and just let it go. He completely refuses to work with me in any capacity so I intend to use my personal injury lawyer to go after him for damages. I will say his niece was running the show since he was somewhere else at the time she saw the entire thing happen and didn't even ask me if I was okay. I received extensive bruising to the inside of my left and right legs I had a golf ball sized lump behind my left ear I believe I suffered a concussion and I had to go to the doctor because I think I tore my shoulder but I haven't had those results finalized yet. I feel like I tried to make it easy on them and again all they wanted to do was accuse me of extortion that was not my intention at all but now my intention will be to make them fully responsible for the injuries and the pain suffering and work loss that came along with it. I would never expect a swivel glider chair to go over backwards during casual rocking and you should not either. I can't speak for the rest of their furniture but as far as the swivel glider chair goes I would stay as far away from that as possible unless of course you enjoy being injured. I will leave a follow-up comment after my lawyer reaches their representation and let you know how this turns...

The naturally curved lumbar support feels great on the back versus being almost flat like the other companies. The seat has the right amount of curvature and the front of the seat angles down versus being rounded outward, so it doesn't cut off the circulation in your legs. We really liked being able to customize the trim and base colors and Tru180 had plenty of options to choose from. The hidden screws puts a nice finishing touch on furniture that we will eventually hand down to the kids. The staff was super friendly and great at answering all our questions. We invested in seven total pieces. Two gliders, two swivel gliders, a five foot glider with console, an end table and the round fire table. Tru180 will deliver, however, I decided to pick up and while doing so I did a quick tour of their Burnsville showroom. Wow! Totally amazed at all the other cool items they carry. Hats off to Art, Celeste and the entire...
Read moreWalking into True180 in Burnsville is like walking into a friend’s home—warm, welcoming, and full of good energy. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with smiles and a friendly pup who made our daughter feel right at home (so much so that she didn’t want to leave!).
Beyond the great atmosphere, Celeste, Art, and Tony are incredible. They’re always happy to share their time, explain the innovations they’re making in outdoor furniture, and genuinely care about helping people create beautiful outdoor spaces. Their passion for what they do is contagious, and the entire experience was both fun and inspiring.
If you’re looking to elevate your outdoor living, I highly recommend stopping in—not just to see their amazing products, but to connect with the fantastic people behind them. Plan a little extra time to chat because you’ll definitely want to...
