St. Luke's Wind Gap Medical Center — Local services in Bushkill Township

Unprofessional and Cold. Arrived for my scheduled appointment - was yelled at that I needed to wait in my car and call a number. I never received an email or text with instructions to do this. The rude nurse pointed at a small sign, that was INSIDE the lobby area while shooing me out. On the entrance door there is small signage that blends in and is obviously very easily missed. I was never given a number to call and the google number is wrong. After finally getting the right number, the woman who answered was nice enough, told me I’ll get a call when the nurse is ready. I was eventually brought into a gross, unkept patient room. The nurse that saw me audibly scoffed at my medical history and was extremely dismissive. The doctor was somehow worse - he was so blatantly rude and uninterested. I don’t even think he said more than 5 words to me. When he gave me my paper work and ushered me to leave he said “good luck” in a snarky tone. It was the oddest, most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had. I’ll never stray away from...

I came in with an extremely bruised foot that was swollen like a balloon. The Dr. said it wasn't broken obviously before he got the xrays back because I received a phone call shortly after I left saying my foot is broken. I was given no instructions what to do or any way to stabilize my foot. The visit was useless as I had to Google it and than order what I needed online. I had no Covid19 symptoms but between the Dr. and xray tech no one seemed to care about my injury or pain just how quickly they could get me...
