If you’re not a league bowler then they do not care about you at all. Very disappointed with service here lately. The last time we went they gave us a very hard time with accepting a coupon they had. Heard of businesses doing this to get people in the door and then not letting them use the coupons they bring. Last night we went there and had to wait for a lane, no big deal because sometimes in life you have to wait. We decided to get some food while we waited because we were all very hungry. The girl in the window said that she was getting ready to leave and couldn’t take our order. Then she said that she didn’t know when the next person would be in to take over. So we decided to be respectful and let the guy at the counter know that we were going to go down the road and bring some food back because we had a small child and he needed to eat. Went on a Monday night during their $2 game special with my hubby. Rented shoes and used house balls. It was moderately busy but there was no wait time! We were put on lane 1 and there wasn’t anyone on lane 2 so there was no around us and we didn’t have to share the ball return. You can even choose graphics and the game theme for the scoreboard - so fun! Had a drink from the bar (lager and bottle) - great service & cheap ($6)!!! Played a couple games, really enjoyed our time and there was no malfunctions! Old school, local family feel with a small staff. They have a snack bar/grill and a small arcade area as well with pool in the bar open till 12AM. Spent under $25 for the whole night! Haven't been bowling in many years, and my husband and I decided to go on a whim on a Saturday night. Apparently 'league' night, so we were told it would be a 40 minute wait, which turned out to be a little over an hour, but we were in no rush. The staff was nice, all lanes were working, and the place was clean. If anything I could suggest, a better selection of bowling balls. I don't consider myself to have chubby fingers, yet all the bowling balls had finger holes too small for me.
