In my 40+ years of visiting restaurants/fast-food chains, I've never had an experience like the one I did at this place. We were on our way back home from vacation and stopped by this place to grab a quick soda to quench our thirst. While at it, we figured we use their restroom. They had a 'restrooms are for customers only' policy, which is fine - I get it. You don't want your restroom to be a public bathroom. But as I try to purchase a gatorade, the woman at the counter asks if all four of us are planning on using the restroom. I said, yes. Then she said we can't use the bathroom if all we're buying is a bottle of soda. What...? First of all, if I'm buying something from your store, then I am your CUSTOMER. Second, I've never had a fast chain (let alone a dine in restaurant) deny me the use of a restroom because I didn't buy enough. Even in NYC, where abuse of restrooms are out of control did I experience this. Third, even if I was buying a drink for the sole purpose of using your bathroom, you're letting me flush your toilet 4 times in exchange of a gatorade that is already ridiculously marked up. Sounds like a solid deal to me, but I suppose their comprehension only goes so far. They should change the wording of their policy and specify a minimum purchase requirement for the use of their restrooms. If you're going to act like the way you did, then walk your talk and update your policy. You can be the first fast chain to enforce...
Read moreI had placed an online order and they used the wrong bread for the wrong order. My mom has to have multigrain wheat and we both have very different orders. I was yelled at over the phone “I made it right, you wrong. You can come back I have proof I made it right.” I have a video that shows that it’s WRONG. Probably the most ignorant man answered the phone. I’ve never met someone so arrogant that they would ruin the stores reputation like that. I won’t be coming back to this subway. If he would’ve made the mistake and FIXED IT without any issue I would’ve easily accepted new sandwiches and come back another time because accidents happen… but being nasty for YOUR OWN MISTAKE is just completely disrespectful and distasteful...
Read moreClearly the owner of this franchise is not happy. He is short, snappy, angry to take a subway company coupon for a simple but big 3 foot long order. Buisness is slow, not many customers. Not all subway fixings available (but I'm glad to have limited fixing rather than not un fresh ones...) Wife server was pleasant, simple helpful, but bullied/pressured by husband, (not first time experience, others & neighbors have same comments...)
