Horrible experience. My husband went to this Starbucks and ordered an extra hot latte, two Dragon Drinks — a demi size for our daughter and a venti with no ice for me. It was ridiculous how unprofessional the staff was. First, the employee made a mistake and forgot to include the venti Dragon Drink in the order. Then, the receipt had the wrong name of a different drink. She rang up the latte and a demi-sized Dragon Lemonade, which is completely different from what he asked for. He showed her multiple times exactly what he wanted.
After 25 minutes, he received the latte and the demi Dragon Lemonade. He went back to the cashier and explained that one drink was missing, and the other was not the correct drink. The cashier rang up one more drink — and made another mistake with the name. Again, my husband pointed out what he actually wanted.
He then spoke to the manager, but she wasn’t as helpful as she should have been. After almost 40 minutes there, he ended up canceling all the orders — the latte was already cold, one drink was incorrect, and the other wasn’t even made.
As customers, we expect a good experience. If we say no ice, we mean we don’t want ice. If we ask for a Dragon Drink, that doesn’t mean Dragon Lemonade! Such a strange and upsetting experience — I will not support this Starbucks again. It’s better to drive to Nazareth and actually get...
Read moreThis is my third time in this location. The first two times were good when they first opened. But today, June 3, 2025. At approximately 12:15 P.m. (And this goes to the manager and or owner You need to check your cameras) Olivia, a barista that works there, threw a chocolate chip cookie at me in a bag across the counter. When I tell you I was stunned I was stunned. I said to the manager that was there at the time “Brandon did you see that” he didn’t answer me. I said she literally threw that chocolate chip cookie at me and she said no I didn’t. I said you clearly did. She insisted that she didn’t. I don’t expect to get abuse from restaurant servers. And I don’t appreciate spending $20 a pop each time in there to get treated that way. I work in the area. I know a lot of people around there and this will be brought to their attention. And it’s a shame because I do enjoy Starbucks, but because of that experience, I will never step foot in the Store again. I mean really people if you don’t like your job get another...
Read moreI was excited there is a Starbucks remotely close to home now. Decided to order ahead on the app prior to getting to the drive thru which is something I as a Starbucks lover have done my entire life and personally figured it was no problem since there was not a single being except for us at the drive thru. Once my husband pulled up to the drive thru he gets a lecture about ordering ahead that he should give them time -at least 5 minutes- for the order to go through even though she stated the order was already in their system. We did not appreciate the condescending tone from the barista but we just let it slide. Unfortunately, first time I've encountered this kind of interaction and I hope they improve with their...
