Taco Bell — Restaurant in Plainfield Township

UPDATE: After multiple attempts of communications to reach corporate Taco Bell through web & social media, I phoned the shift leader in Wind Gap (Dustin) who had few reasons for the inadequate portions however did tell me to stop back for a NEW BOX or a refund. Next day, BRANDI, morning shift leader, made it right. Her crew of Kim, Jesse, Tyler & Alan made me a proper combo box! This crew ROCKS at making customers HAPPY. THANKS for working and smiling while on shift. 💯 First time at this new location in Wind Gap, PA to enter store front and encountered the kiosk and after a few trial orders decided to call staff for help. I asked ERIC to show me how to order without certain ingredients and to swap or omit, etc. We placed the order for combo box and noticed to add even tomato or onion it was 70 cents? So if you delete the cheese and add another topping, no credit or maybe I missed that feature! The box was full of goodies but the tacos and burritos were underwhelming with only pebbles of meat and filled half full! The burrito was mostly refried beans and rolled so many times that it was flour tortilla overload. Exceptional service. I ordered 6 regular soft tacos for my sister and we were having trouble paying for them. So I ordered 5 tacos instead and we had enough for them. I go to the window and pay for the 5 tacos but then the woman at the window said they gave us the extra taco. How sweet. It was a touching moment. There is goodness in this world and there is God. No other fast food place would go out of their way to throw in the extra thing you had ordered but couldn’t afford. Needless to say, this Taco Bell is always on point. They are always very friendly and kind. Ever since this place had opened, I’ve had nothing but good experiences. These employees are always the kindest out of all the fast food places around Wind Gap or Easton or even Stroudsburg. Kudos to these people! They are doing good work. I usually don’t write reviews but this has to be said about how great the staff is! I hope that they do not get in trouble for their kindness and generosity but rather the opposite, that they all be rewarded. And the Halloween...

Went here 10 pm after 12 hours in the car from traveling for first time since I was like 10. Major attitude was given when I asked to take a minute to look at the menu. Upon pick up of the food, I asked for mild taco sauce. The girl rolled her eyes at me and looked like she’s never heard it. I repeated myself as she proceeded to shake her head and roll her eyes trying to understand what I was saying. Finally she handed me the packets and I went to apologize for not being clear enough and she closed the window on us. That was such an infuriating encounter for a basic simple request I honestly lost my appetite to even eat any of this. Employer was a light haired , middle aged female with glasses - Desperately needs some kind of performance review discussing basic customer politeness and interaction . Will not be choosing...
