My last appt at ARS was Horrible!! Waiting an hour and a half to see the Dr is bad enough when there's 1 dr there, but waiting that long when there are Two Dr's there is just unacceptable!! One of the main problems is that no one knew when it was their turn to see the Dr. I saw that Dr. Sechran didn't have any patients for 15 to 20 min. In that time she could have seen at least 2, maybe 3 patients! Another problem is that there are too many patients at once. And like I said, it's a total mess whenever there's no order, and too many patients. When I first started going there, they told you when it was your turn to go in, and that's when there were only 10 to 15 patients there! So they need to Definitely do this, especially when there are 30 patients waiting!! But with the new company it's just a business to make money, so they cram as many people in at once. And it's a shame we lost Dr. Ben and Troy because they were more personable. Now you see a different Dr. every time. Hopefully they will take these suggestions and fix the problems. I would have given them zero stars if I could. It was the Worse appt I...
Read moreI would normally give this place a four star review I really like it here. Well I did. The front office staff is very nice and they all usually remember everyone's name, and it is always clean and inviting. My problem with this place is that the higher ups in this company wait until you finally get a provider (doctor or in this case a nurse practitioner) that is so wonderful and they let her go not once but twice! It makes me think they really don't care about how use the patient feels. I am talking about Joanne Mahimeister. She was so nice she took time to talk to her patients. She made me feel as if I was at any other doctor's appointment not one for Suboxone. I felt as though she went above and beyond what other doctors do there. I believe she only worked one day a week so I don't know why they would let her go! I don't know if I will continue to stay at Crossroads or not. Everyone of Joannes patients loved her. BRING...
Read moreDr. Amanda spaeder is so easy to talk to and is very personable. She always asking about my life. The best doctor I've seen here. the care specialist I have to see now since Kendra is no longer there..I am very disappointed in her...I gave her a run down of things so she could understand me and know a little about me. I had lost my place about what i was talking and getting interrupted for about 3 times by the lady at reception. asked her where did I leave off and she about 5 mins back... said I really don't know what u were saying. That to me is just rude. Also, she kept look off like she didn't care or want to know what i said. Most of the time all I need is a little advice. Which I did not get from her when, I asked her questions. However, Dr. Amanda spaeder is so easy to talk to and is very personable. She always asking about my life. The office staff is beyond friendly they make the office visit...
