I love that DeWalt's is located right in the City of Butler. I shop there a lot because of the convenance & they offer merchandise that other establishments don't. But there is a catch. The saying "the customer is always right" does not apply here. I purchased a product in the past that clearly was not the quality of the product I typically purchase. They absolutely refuse under any circumstances to offer refunds or exchanges. They told me it was not their problem once it was off their shelf and out the door that it was my problem. I am writing this review today because I purchased Vitamin D that once I returned home, I noticed was on sale but was charged $3.50 more for the item. The sale sticker was gently placed right near the regular price sticker. Again, she said it was my problem, that the item was not on sale & the price I was charged was right. I reminded her that I am a regular customer & give them a lot of business then left. This happened at a time when there were a lot of customers in the store & they made sure to make it look like I was trying to shoplift by their tone of voice & by speaking loudly so others could hear.
I was unable to respond to their response, so I will go ahead and put it here.
In no way do I have a financial need to "Shoplift" or the time. I was Volunteering & directing traffic for Sips in The City the day that I stopped in to show them I was charged the wrong amount for my recent purchase & to purchase 3 more bottles, since this is a product I will be needing long term due to health conditions. My family owned a business on Main Street as well as my mother & I had a store in McIntyre Square on McKnight Road, we all would do what we could to save a customer and to protect our reputation. Unfortunately, I can tell that I am no longer welcome in their store & have a need for the products that they sell. I will now have to purchase them elsewhere.

Caused me to wonder what else they were bashing and if they are there to help or simply make money throwing business and consumer efficacy out the window. Sad... Will never shop there again.
