Do not go to this verizon store. Have no clue what the guys name was because he had no visible tag on him and never gave it out to any customer I saw come into the store, but the black male with the afro is hands down the biggest jerk I have ever come across in any store Ive been to. Not only did he have no clue what he was doing, I witnessed him actively make fun of one customer to their face for not understanding something he said, and then watched another customer come in and get laughed at because of the phone brand they asked for. Then when i thought it couldnt get worse, he makes fun of some dude who came in because he had bad credit. On top of that this guy “kept calling his boss” cause he had no clue what to do or how to do his job. Before I left because of how unbelievable this guy was to deal with, I witnessed him call someone an asshole to their face after HE gave them an attitude and they reasonably got upset with him for it. I will never ever come here again and this experience with this guy legit made me switch phone plans, do not recommend this place at all, and whoever the boss was that he kept calling, do a better job and fire the guy. Since when is it okay to just outright call customers assholes to their faces and then make fun of people right in front of them? On top of laughing at people when you dont even know how to do your own job or talk to people? Give me a break....

We transfered over from T-mobile back in January of 2025 for a buy off your phone deal that would provide us with a digital gift card to pay T-moible for our devices and than close out the account ($1,300). THAT GIFTCARD SHOULD'VE ARRIVED FEBUARY 2025 (6-8weeks after the promotion) The store manager Jason Paulinka gave us the run around every time we came in/ communicated with him over the phone and never got anything resolved. We grew tired of getting nowhere with him so we asked to speak to his manager whom is the district manager, I believe his name is Chad. THE STORE EMPLOYEES WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU A CONTACT EMAIL OR NUMBER FOR CHAD IF SOMETHING MAJOR LIKE IN OUR CASE GOES WRONG YOU WILL BE AT THE MERCY OF THE STORE EMPLOYEES WHO WILL NOT HELP YOU Chad apparently knew about the issue with the rebate and that we wanted to speak to him since Jason was getting nothing resolved. Not once did Chad call us to even apologize for this major inconvenience or to help us resolve it. We decided the main verizon might be able to help us and sadly we were wrong. The company is still working on the rebate and it is now JULY 2025. Verizon Russel Cellular should be ashamed of their coustomer service and training of employees. Read moreI walked in today because I opened a new account and needed a phone right away. It just happened to be the iPhone 7 release day, but they had inventory and said they could hook me up. We were ready to begin, and the girl said I had to buy an accessory package that includes a screen protector, case and car charger. I looked at what she had and said no thanks. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to buy $180 worth of accessories to get an iPhone 7 that day. I asked for a written policy or something, so she went in the back room to ask her "district manager.' She came out and re-stated that I had to buy the accessories and all stores, including corporate stores, were doing it. She had nothing in writing. The other clerks were listening and didn't dispute what she was saying, so I assume she wasn't alone in her assertion. I walked out and called Verizon. They told me that a corporate store would never do that, and was displeased that this store was trying to shake me down. He wasn't sure if it was allowed or legal, but is going to check on it. Totally dishonest policy, especially considering I was going to pay cash for the phone.
