recently i came to five below with my grandmother. The employee named Willow was incredibly nice! She remembered the color of blanket my grandmother bought the last time she came here while i find so sweet, it shows she truly cares about her customers and i just found it amazing that she remembered that. me and her share a name and that made it an interesting interaction!! she was so nice, so respectful, and so helpful! i’ve never had a better experience at five below. she makes the entire place light up and her smile is truly contagious. shrs definitely my favorite worker and i look forward to seeing her again!!

Forcing children to engage inauthentically and forcing me to choose if they are NICE yes or no, is absolutely dispicable and abusive. It doesn't ask how was your shopping experience on a scale from 1 to 5, no, it asks if the children working there are nice Yes or No....
Read moreThe store is fine but the employee who literally breaths on your neck when you are checking out is a bit extreme. Why make your customers check out themselves but have someone so close you can smell their breath? Why not just open registers back up. We felt super uncomfortable with her standing that close. There would be no reason for them to suspect theft from us as I didn’t even have a purse with...
