We've tried this "close to us" location multiple times, and keep thinking the service will get better, but sadly, it seems to get worse.š
We used the app to order, hoping to pick it up and keep going on to the other things we needed to do. I asked for the 3 ice cream items to be ready at 7pm. We arrived at 7:09am, went to stall 4 and pushed button to let them know we were there. They said they'd be out. We waited 10 more minutes til I finally got out of my car and explained to the server how my order was supposed to be ready at 7...and still didn't have it. She asked name went inside (with no apology at all...had an annoyed look on her face) as I walked back to the car. She came to the employee door, saw that I was walking back to my car...and walked the ice cream treats back inside. We waited another minute til she came back out...never mentioned sorry for the wait, or sorry it got misplaced at all. Yes, the ice cream was melted, so we knew it had been sitting there for a while & no one checked on it at all.
Will not be using my app at Elverson again and plan to drive the extra 20 min to the Exeter Sonic. It would have been close to the same amount of time for us to go there and back home, as it would be to go to Elverson one.. And a big bonus at Exeter, there are happier people that...

We sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before deciding to just drive up to the window. When we pulled up they were confused and we explained. They gave us our food but we were missing a drink, which they had no idea that we even ordered it. As weāre waiting for the last drink, I check my burger because it was supposed to have no mayo. Guess what? It had mayo. Explained to the girl at the window and she had absolutely no idea what was going on and asked if I wanted her to take it but didnāt say if they would make me a new one or refund me. I had to tell her multiple times that my burger needed remade because it had mayo on it. We now had to wait for that and ended up with cold food and flat sodas. When contacted customer service they stated that they could not give me a refund but they could add a $15 credit to my account. I told them that was unacceptable as I spent $30 on food and will not be returning to this sonic. CS stated they would escalate this to the store. I decided to try and contact the store and no one...

I wonder how many businesses use the frase "Leave or I'll call the cops", after a customer complaint about the wrong food. Well that's what Manager Adam did, after messing up the order. If you're manager to a business, your job includes taking customers feedback when they're unsatisfied with the service, regardless of race, color, creed, etc. Driving back home I'm pulled over by the police cause they made a complaint at Sonic. A customer was being loud and slamming doors, that's why they pulled me over. First of all, Sonic doesn't have a sit-in dining area inside a location, that's why its called "America's Drive-in". The only doors they have are for employee use purposes only. I can't go inside any structure to SLAM doors. I have everything on video. It's a shame that this is what America has become. We refuse to spend our money at this location ever again. To make matters worse, there was another customer group, complaining before us. Obviously I wasn't...
