This Popeyes location second day in a row. I went there yesterday. I ordered a fish sandwich which the manager on duty asked me if I wanted regular or spice so I said regular he gave me a sandwich that was half spicy half regular since I drove away and already was the traffic but I ate it. It was old and outdated by at least maybe an hour maybe 2 hours I actually wind up throwing the sandwich away. So I went today because I on the way home. I gotta drive. It’s about an hour and a half drive home so I was a little hungry today so I said let me get something like wings. I ordered the barbecue honey wings and I asked him are these barbecue honey wings yes, I get down the street habanero barbecue wings not wings. They’re actually very overcooked. This location is serving old outdated food, warming it up and just serve it out really kind of whatever they can probably get it out there cause they know you’re not gonna turn around and bring it back when you’re down the road so yes, I will not return back to store and I’m gonna notify corporate what they’re doing if they care it’s...
Read moreOne of the worst customer experiences I e ever had. I work in fast food and never once have I ever rushed a customers order because there was one car behind them. It’s a drive through lines are always going to stack up I’ve never told a customer they need to hurry because there’s another car. I let them take their time and figure out their order ESPECIALLY when it’s a full car of people and if there’s kids they can definitely take their time. It was overall very rude and I wasn’t thrilled by the fact that there was an ambulance and a cop car parked outside on their first day. We asked for sauces and the lady gave us a nasty look and we were as polite as possible because I know it can be irritating. I don’t know if they were just having a bad day but taking it out on customers should never be a go to relief. We’re all trying our best out here have a little patience. Read moreOrdered with a bunch of people here.... One person got sweet tea.... We found out some time AFTER they got their food that it was unsweetened tea so we went back to get the correct drink. The team admitted to giving all customers unsweetened iced tea because they didn't want to make more sweet tea because it was 2 hours until closing time. Okay, it's fine that to not make any more to avoid wasting product, BUT THEN TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT THERE'S NO MORE AND ASK THEM IF THEY WOULD LIKE SOMETHING WLSE INSTEAD. When we went back to the restaurant to get the correct drink, we actually saw with our own eyes that they were giving each customer unsweetened iced tea instead of what they ordered, WITHOUT TELLING THE CUSTOMER.
