Plaza Centro Mall — Local services in Caguas

The Customer Service Rep was courteous and polite, henceforth, the 2 stars. We came to the store to purchase a new phone. Our accounts were blocked a few years back due to a fraud attempt. Their procedure to unblock it is ridiculously complicated , cumbersome.and a total inconvenience for the customer. They asked us to provide the Soc Sec card,( Really??), our utility bills showing our PO Box address, and/or bank statement with said address and driver's licence. All this would be sent by fax to their fraud division, which they were not sure if they work on Saturday. How on Earth we would be providing all this info to be seating around in some office for anyone to access??!! My husband has been a customer for over 20 years and I for 14. I told the Customer Svc Rep we were better off changing company . It seems they are more keen in protecting themselves than providing their customer a good service . Totally...

To begin with, I'm really not a "mall" person at my old age of... well, that doesn't really matter. This one, however, wasn't too bad. It felt more like a strip "mall" then the traditional malls you see in The States. Single-level, they have very few "name-brand" clothing stores but tons of franchise food places like Panda, Burger King (which seems to be HUGE in Puerto Rico), Wetzel's Pretzels and so on.

I went here because I needed to stop at AT&T to get my cell phone looked at and we stopped to eat at Panda and grabbed dessert at Wetzel's.

If you need to stop at Sam's, Costco or Walmart, the mall is not that far from these spots so if you want to get all your chores done without having to drive all over the place,...

Best shopping mall in Caguas because of variety of stores from JC Penny, Office Max, Sams, Costco, Kmart, Walgreens, PetSmart. It also has stores that have video games to jewelry pep boys liberty cable vision Journeys and Toda Moda which is a pretty cool clothing store with nice variety of shoes and lots of different brands of clothes and prices. Only con of this mall is the parking. It is horrible. Some days the car line to get/out of the mall takes easily 45min plus. But for the rest it’s just fine. A mall for all types of taste and budget.
