We've heard about this place and saw some nice reviews online. Our visit was a good one. We were greeted as soon as we entered through the door and the cashier gave us a few details about the menu options and buffet, since this was our first time there. Well, food was good and maybe, very good. You'll see different food options in the all you can eat buffet. I particularly love the shrimp, the sushi and veggies. About the sushi, the place is advertised as having a sushi bar or a nice selection. This is a bit deceiving, as the sushi available in the buffet area is very limited in terms of variety, but it's really good. If you want something else, you have to specifically order it from the menu and pay for it. Also, the sushi at the buffet is basically on top of the small ice cream fridge, and in the same cold area with thr cooked octopus bites, the fruits, desert and other cold stuff. It's a bit strange. For $20 each, we have a good time, but I don't think we'll be back...
Read moreEver been to a Chinese buffet where you can order a glass of wine? This place can deliver that experience and with some tasty but limited selection of food. Went about an hour before closing so the trays weren’t being refilled at a normal pace but what was out there was good. The boneless spare ribs were delicious and very tender and the small little pork dumplings were great. Don’t skip on their spring rolls either which were filled meat and vegetables. Really enjoyed their garlic chicken which I haven’t seen at other buffets.
Only down side was the confusion of which sushi was included in the pricing. The sushi they offer near the buffet stations were limited to 1 or 2 rolls and were whichever the Itamae(sushi chef) felt like making at the time. They have a pretty extensive list of sushi a la carte though which could satisfy that sushi craving. Other than the limited selection or ordering a la carte dilemma the sushi was well prepared and made with fresh...
Read moreI’m gonna be very blunt here. The service was beyond good. The waitress was very nice and always checked in to see how we did and if we needed anything, I wish more places had people like her.
But the food. Everything, and I mean everything that this place offers in its buffet is just prepackaged food. I know this because I have actually bought most of what I saw in the buffet at the Costco that’s literally next to the buffet. You can tell that everything was just store bought frozen foods that was bought at the Costco next door. It really sucks that I paid 38 bucks for frozen food. There’s was also this employee that wouldn’t stop singing loudly everywhere she went. And also if you came here for sushi it’s not...
