It is very difficult to get inside and the customer service was very poor, they should learn from the Guaynabo, Dorado and Mall of San Juan stores that have excellent customer service. In Caguas the Lady at the cash register also serve the Drive inn window and to get served and pay for the donut, you have to wait until she finished serving the drive inn. I had to wait a long time and I was the only customer inside, very hard to...

Very disappoint..I am a regular customer. Today I order a small cafe con leche and was to lite for my tastes to much milk, I ask the cashier to put a little black coffe and she told me I have to pay extra for the shot. What makes me fill uncomfortable was that I don't see her trying at all to please me as a customer..was LIKE take it or leave it!! I LEAVE MY COFFEE IN THE COUNTER...
