Knosys Computers — Local services in Calabash

I am currently staying at Ocean Breeze Campground in Holden Beach NC where Knosys is said to be maintaining and supporting the WI-FI network for the campground. We reported to Knosys (Gene) on 2/1/2022 that our tv was buffering a lot especially after 4 pm in the afternoon. He reported that he could see issues on the network, and he had made some changes, and to give it some time to see if it improves and left his number to call if not. It did not improve so we called back on 2/7/22, left a voice mail, and never received a call back. We called again on 2/8/22, spoke with David, who assured us they would have technicians in the area later in the week and he would have them stop by or contact us. We were checking our speeds almost daily, and they were very low. Today, 2/16/2022, we had ATMC connect us to their network so we could watch tv without buffering, and their service appears to work very well. I have no knowledge of Knosys' other services, but I don't feel maintaining or servicing WI-FI is their area of expertise, but the lack of common decency to return a phone call to a customer that's having problems is...

We are 100% satisfied with the services that we've received from KnoSys. We've taken our desk top PC in to their shop for repair, which was successful. After the holidays, we had a lengthy list of technical problems, everything ranging from cell phone problems to printer problems and TV speakers, new "toys" like Amazon's Alexa and a pair of blue tooth speakers that we'd received as Christmas presents. Paul with Knosys was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. I have a very old laptop and it was running extremely slow, yet he was able to make it work so much faster than it has in years, despite the trouble it gave him! I highly recommend this computer repair place for anyone who needs help with their computers. If he could fix MY old laptop, I think he could fix anything! I'm also going to use him to buy a refurbished computer in the future. 5 stars all around!...
