I don't know what happened. I have always gotten great service. This time I'm frustrated enough to never come back. I placed a delivery order for 30 cartridges on 4/3. It was scheduled to be delivered on 4/4 between 1-3 pm. They called to verify I really wanted 30 and I said yes and everything went to Hell. I got a text a few minutes later that the order was ready to go out. I called and told them the delivery was for the following day so she had to get in touch with dispatch. Finally she came back, apologized that the order time got changed, said it was their fault and verified my delivery time on 4/4 at 1-3 pm. Yesterday, I didn't get my order by 3, so I called again and she said my delivery was scheduled for 5-7 pm. I told her that was wrong and could they possibly bring it earlier. She said no, since it was after 3. When my order didn't show up from 5-7, I called and spoke to Miles. He said the order had been canceled. He reordered everything for me again and I was supposed to receive it today from 1-3 pm. I just called about it because I'm going out at 3. She said the order was going to be "a little late" but I should get it by 3:53 pm. I just canceled the order and am really upset. That's almost an hour, not a little late. Update: Tried delivery for the 1st time and I loved it. As long as you know what you want to order and not look at different strains of flower, it's was a great experience. Brent messaged me to alert on his ETA, messaging again when he was close to pulling into the driveway. The car was not marked like a pizza delivery so none of my neighbors knew what was being delivered. Such a great experience. I definitely will use delivery again.

Have been to the Owosso location 3 times now and each time I have had great customer service. I have only purchased edibles and carts. The Fwaygo brand gummies are a favorite of mine. They work and taste better than the Choice brand I tried from there the 1st time, even though both are made by the same manufacturer Choice labs.

I am a medical patient and the prices are better than other dispensaries I've been to in Lansing area. Definitely one of me new go to places as the Lansing locations are a lot more expensive. Plus, a lot are still only curbside and I like to physically be able to go inside to view the selection. I have found the storefront sometimes has more options than listed on the website.

Been going since they opened. Usually good professional service, but recently one bud tender has changed that. I use to shop in the store but since my first interaction with her I use the drive through now. She was very obnoxious and acted like I was hassling her for adding another cart to my pickup order. Then I started using the drive through so I wouldn’t have to deal with her as much.

Today she said she couldn’t fill my order because it wasn’t ready yet and to come back when I get the text confirmation. Every other bud tender just filled it for me but not her. So I just went inside the store to get my pickup order and the bud tender that was checking me out got called into the back by her while he was checking me out. He came back out and she was clearly laughing at me. He came back and said sorry I was getting yelled at. It was such a weird situation.
