DW's Liquor — Local services in Calera

I would not recommend this location to anyone no longer I will not even do my business at this location anymore because I spend quite a bit of money at this location whether I go in here or I have a delivered to my house normally when I have it delivered to my house it's at least twice a week and I spend anywhere from 50 to $70 that's not including what I spend when I go into this location but evidently on Saturdays the lady that is working there which is not the owner she has a bad day and I would not recommend placing a delivery because if you don't know exactly what you want then she's going to get an attitude with you and hang up on you and then when you try to call back she's going to tell you she placed you on the do not delivery list how unprofessional is that when all I did was asked her about her brands of Rome and she refused to talk to me about that and then when I told her I wanted their biggest bottle of parrot Bay rum she immediately hung up on me again help her unprofessional is that I've never had this problem when I place my order with the owner the owner is very professional and works with you and has no problem doing it but this lady is working there today is evidently having a very bad day or doesn't like working on Saturdays one of the two so I think the owner needs to evaluate her and rethink her working on Saturdays because she just costed him money because I will never walk into this location again and spend any money...

I've been using DW's since they've opened, a very nice store, no complaints until lately. In areas the shelves are almost bare, it honestly looks like they are trying to go out of business. What's up with that? I know the ownership has changed. Is that the problem? If is the problem, why should it be? I hope it is just a temporary...
