We have always had positive experiences with Mulkeys but this time they went above and beyond. We changed our tie color a week before prom. The color was a difficult match for the dress and Judy worked to make sure we had what we wanted, even finding a tie from another company. Unfortunately the day we picked up the tux the tie was the first color we had chosen. Mulkey’s had submitted the new order correctly but the supplier had still sent the wrong tie. Wish I could give 0/5 stars. We went out of town for a wedding (left on Wednesday night). They told us the tux would be ready on the Wednesday we were leaving and if it did not fit, we could have another ready for my parents to pick up on their way up on Thursday. The tux was not ready on Wednesday and then was late for my parents to pick up on Thursday. When we finally got the tux, there was lint all over it.
