The last few times we went to play 4-8 limit was a horrible experience. They are running only one table right now. There were over 20 people on the list and an empty table in the back corner that they wouldn't open. It took five hours to get a seat. The next trip we went early in the day and still one table and it took 3 hours to get on the table. Last week we went and didn't get on the table and left. We are going to try one more time to get a seat on the table. If we cannot get a seat to play, we will not be returning. If I owned a casino, I would never have an empty table if I had players. Whoever the person in charge is that won't let the floor open that empty table should get a new job. You get 3 stars here when you don't deserve 1. The workers are exceptional and fun to be around. The 3 star is because you have a lot of room for improvement. Lately you only earned 1 star. People can only wait to play cards for so long then they have to go home. More people on the list are leaving instead of playing. Time to find a new place to play if you don't care about your customers. We come to play, spend money, we eat, we tip! Open the other table. Not one time was that empty table opened. It sat idle....

I've been coming to manteca Casino Real and the last year or two Parkwest Manteca since 2009.I love to play poker and I am in the casino industry and I tip my dealers and servers VERY well. Tonight I came in and floor boss Thanh she was unbelievably rude and disrespectful to me.There are 8 names on the 4/8 list I asked are you going to start a new game or are you short dealers. She looked at me with RBF and said people are on other games and said she runs the games!!! I played many hundreds of times here and with Dennis back in day no limit. Her treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable and I'll take my money and business elsewhere. I witness a security guard damian from that casino physically assault an old man that was smoking and chilling in front of his car, next to casino entrance. The security guy drove up and got out and started punching the old man on the head. For no reason.

This happened in front of the smoke shop behind the 7/11, next to casino entrance.

If anyone knows this old man, if he decides to press charges, I will testify on his behalf.
