⭐ (1/5 stars) WORST Customer Service I've Ever Experienced on 7/7/25 - Absolutely Disgraceful

This Aldi location is an absolute JOKE. The staff here are incompetent, rude, and have zero understanding of basic customer service.

I arrived at ~7pm for three Instacart orders and was actively shopping when they announced closing in 3 minutes. I IMMEDIATELY went to checkout and was even courteous enough to let two other customers go ahead of me while I handled canceling some items.

What happened next was absolutely unbelievable. These lazy, unprofessional staff members told me they "couldn't" organize or bag my items because they were closed - fine, I can bag my own groceries. But then they had the audacity to refuse to ring me up AT ALL, claiming it would take "20 minutes" and they were closed.

Here's the kicker - they made me dump EVERY SINGLE ITEM out of my bags and forced me to leave empty-handed after I had spent my time shopping in their store BEFORE closing time. This is theft of my time and completely unacceptable business practice.

The staff at this location are clearly undertrained, lazy, and don't give a damn about customers. Management should be ashamed of how this store is run. If you can't handle customers who arrive before closing, then LOCK YOUR DOORS EARLIER. Don't waste people's time and then treat them like garbage.

This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful treatment I have ever received at ANY business. I will be filing complaints with corporate and warning everyone I know to avoid this pathetic excuse for a store. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Go literally...

Today my daughter and her boyfriend went grocery shopping there. I left 1 star because we love the prices and cleanliness. That being said my daughter and her bf was racially profiled and embarrassed at checkout when they were told the manager text the employee to "make sure they paid" . There was absolutely no reason for this and of course my daughter showed the receipt!! The only reason we can assume it happened is because they are an interracial couple ...since the 2 white women that went ahead of them had 0 issues!! This was 2 intelligent college kids buying groceries for their single mother's households!! I'm not sure what a thief looks like...but they definitely are not it!! This manager needs to be retrained and definitely needs...

I was looking forward to seeing what the Aldi hype was about. After visiting the Lynn Haven and Callaway stores multiple times, I understand. New items come in regularly every week. The store is smaller than most supermarkets, and it is easy to find things and get help. Certain items are usually less expensive than at other stores, particularly milk and eggs. Produce, cheese, and meat are good values, and there are plenty of frozen items not sold by other chains that are reasonably priced and unusual. Example: pizza with figs and goat cheese. Seasonal items change frequently and feature items similar to higher priced name brands. Aldis is not Walmart or Publix, but it is a cool option in the grocery space,...
