we are having to use a friends page since we can not get on ours at the moment. we have been tryin to figure out how to word this and it not go against the entire staff since it was only one person really that we had an issue with. We were just ordering 2 large blizzards and one lady told us to go ahead and order and then one came on really rude and goes "wait! I said wait! im not at the register" then the other lady came on really nice apologizing and telling us to go ahead with the order and we do, she starts to tell us the total then we hear another lady yelling in the background then the mean rude one came back on and said come to window for your total. She was so short and rude to everything my wife said or asked. We were really upset and disappointed when we got to the window. But, we were greeted with a smile when we got to the window. we asked the lady at the window if she was one of the ones on the speaker, she was. she was the calmer and nice one her name is Stephanie. we were informed by another employee that the rude one was Keyonaaah? unsure on the spelling. We proceeded to complain to stephanie about the issue, she apologized over and over and over again for her coworkers behavior and attitude. she tried to make it right with us, and we told her it wasnt her fault and that the only reason we arent making a corporate complaint is because she was so sweet and trying to fix a situation that she didnt cause. She gave us each a card for a free small blizzard each, and her deepest apologies for having to deal with the attitude and behavior. This girl is so sweet. I urge you to have stephanie as your cashier and server. she is so kind and sweet and she will try and make it right if she can. Obviously she can not control people and hope the other lady learns some manners. Thank you stephanie for making an awful experience a somewhat pleasant one by the time we left. and remember the sweet heart and soul that you have. I know we...
Read moreI’ve held off on writing this review for a long time because I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt. However, after visiting about six times over the past four years, I can confidently say that the customer service at this Dairy Queen is consistently disappointing, and frankly, unacceptable.
Each visit has been marked by rude, dismissive, and cold interactions. I’ve never once felt welcomed or appreciated as a customer. Any attempt to greet or engage with the staff, whether it’s a simple “Hi, how are you?” or any kind of friendly gesture, has been completely ignored or brushed off.
Tonight was the last straw. I went through the drive-thru and, once again, was met with a complete lack of courtesy. I greeted the staff member and asked how their evening was going, only to be met with silence and an annoyed attitude. My order was handed to me with no eye contact, no kindness, just the clear impression that I was an inconvenience.
It’s incredibly frustrating that after four years, nothing has changed. This isn’t about one bad day or one rude employee, this is a pattern of poor service and poor training. I understand this is a large corporation, but that doesn’t excuse the complete lack of basic customer service.
Whoever is managing this store needs to step up, either by training their team properly or receiving training themselves. I will not be returning, and I hope others choose to support establishments that treat their customers with at least a minimum...
Read moreFirst let me say the two gals at the counter, the cook and the gal making the ice cream were great. The ice cream was delicious as well. There is a young woman (shift supervisor?)working right now @5:02 pm that is apparently not familiar with how to speak to or treat her fellow employees. She is chewing them out while they are helping customers and on top of that saying phrases like, “smartass remark” and “really” all while they were taking our order and the orders of people behind us. Saying these things because her coworker responded to her quickly due to her demanding a response while the gal at the counter was taking a customer’s order. All of this was being done because of an issue with the girls logging into and out of the registers correctly which it was obvious from their confusion that it isn’t something they knew how to do. She was condescending and belittling to the gals working on the register. It is obvious she treats everyone the same because they were all looking to each other for help to stop her tirade. Seriously the worst behavior I have witnessed...except while dealing with irate people when I worked law enforcement. She even went so far as to say “have a nice day, Sir” to my husband as we were leaving because we said to the gal handing us our ice cream, “hope your shift gets better working with her.” Might want to have a video tape running regularly to help keep your employees from verbally abusive shift workers...
