My worst experience shopping for furniture the African American older male working there named Dwayne was very unprofessional and rude upon picking up my mattress I noticed there was a tear on it at that point Dwayne said I had to wait 3 days to get a new one. Once i picked up the new mattress and removed the plastic the mattress had a heavy stench of smoke. Upon calling burr furniture I spoke with Dwayne and informed him about stench he said that was impossible and began arguing with me and stated that they could not exchange or refund the mattress. When I finally spoke to the manager Robert he was worst than Dwayne he began arguing with me as well and he was very irate and spoke In a rude loud pitched voice and stated that i could not get an exchange or refund worst place to shop for furniture I suggest people spend their hard earned money at a reputable store where they will get some respect and hassle free situation. I have recently changed my rating from a 4 to a 1 because Dwight promised my husband and I (going on 2 years now) that he would replace my bedroom dresser with the Original style that I ordered. I ordered it in November 2020 and he did the old "bait and switch" and told me because of the pandemic shipping was unpredictable. We were being understanding about it, he even told us if we didn't damage the dresser they sent, then he would gladly replace it with the dresser that I originally ordered...well, I'm STILL WAITING! My husband and I have reached out to him numerous times but still we get either the runaround or no response at all! You would think with all the business we gave him that he would want to make sure we're satisfied customers but I guess that is not the case with Burr Furniture. Beautiful furniture to choose from and good sales. Saleman was very knowledgeable and helpful with the sale. It's a small place so don't be afraid to look through the furniture books that are at hand. They have some of everything you could imagine in them and tge prices I compared with the othe expensive furniture store and they are over charging. The quality was the same materil and content. Mr. Staples was very proffessional, patient and worked with everyone there to their satisfaction. They offer in-store credit you can't beat that. They also have Layaway.
