I'm gonna give my honest opinion. For WHAT THIS PLACE IS... It deserves five stars. Fast service, everything we ate was juice and delicious. I'm eating the gyro from the fridge a day later and let me tell you I can never finish one from somewhere else... I'm eating the entire thing, it's not greasy and has a good flavor. The burgers are great, I get mine "disassembled" as I call it because I don't want the veggies making it soggy so I only get cheese, meat and bread and everything else in a container. They did it no questions asked and separated everything from the mustard to the mayonnaise.

The Candied Grapes are amazing, had them for a late night snack. Get them I promise you're going to love them.

OH and the ITALIAN BEEF??????? WHAAAAAAT?! In GARY?! I want to talk like a (expletive) but I can't because they will probably delete my review but the ITALIAN BEEF?!........ Best Italian Beef in THE NW Indiana area, get it DRY. We moved out here from Chicago 7 years ago and that is the best, biggest and cheapest Italian Beef we've had out here. We don't even get Italian Beefs out here BECAUSE of the garbage quality.

Also My wife gave the Burrito a 5 Star as well and we go to every Mexican place out here. All in all this is am AMAZING place, no seating so sit in your car or just wait they are really quick if there isn't anyone there. We came sitting in the empty, open parking lot and ironically everyone followed. I NEVER make reviews of this place but this one deserves it for Gary. Great place, great service, friendly people and most importantly, I stress AMAZING food. No lie, it's fire fire. I hope this place does not go out of business and whatever the problem was they had that was getting them bad...

I went to this establishment today and I order 3 chicken tacos on flour and I asked can they all be wrapped separately because last time I ordered I almost dropped my tacos on the floor they was all soggy and stuck together . The cashier had a VERY VERY NASTY ATTITUDE AND TOLD ME THATS HOW THEY COME IT COST US TOO MUCH MONEY … I told him I know that’s how they come but I would like them separately because I almost dropped them on the floor last time because they were stuck togethered. He ignored me and charged me for each wrapper they had to use to individually wrap the taco without telling me that he would . I asked for a cup of tomatoes and sour cream on the side he charged me extra for the cup of sour cream and tomatoe . When I asked about the charged the cashier got real nasty telling me that is how it is and that’s just what it’s going to be. I asked him why didn’t you inform me I’ll be charged extra for each taco for wrappers , tomatoes, and sour cream he said I mean you should know 🙄 how should I know do I work here ? So because his attitude was so rude the entire time and I was nothing but nice I asked for my money back and to speak with his manager 🙄🤦‍♀️ the manager tells him to tell me that’s just what it’s gone be and he didn’t want to talk 🤔 I said it’s not about the food it’s about you as a cashier up here giving customers attitude for no reason 🙄 the manager still didn’t come and speak with me . I’m just glad I got my money back and didn’t spend it with them because the customer are the ones than bring the money and if your going to allow your employees to talk to them that way you will loose so much business definitely...

The reason i gave this review was because of the service! As a person who was a supervisor in customer service there are many things that can prevent reviews like this one! When they first opened they seemed so excited and was very attentive and the food was actually good for a great price! But now the phone is always off of the hook and on numerous occasions I’ve walked in calling on purpose just to see if they were busy. To no avail the cashier (who was the same both times) told me “aww yea my bad how can i help you” that was strike one for me. Strike two came because i have a food allergy that i stated over the phone plenty of times, when i receive my food its extra of what i can’t eat! I simply went back without the typical customer attitude or rudeness and just wanted it remade. Yet I was the one who got attitude. Needless to say my jobs keeps me on the move and when i want food I’ll call it in but this is a natural occurrence. While writing this i tried again but the same outcome.
