Not impressed with the service I’m big on communication and was told someone called and left voicemail however I have No voicemail nor missed call. Good business is communicating we have to order a new piece for the Xbox we said ONLY need hdmi replacement….but to go ahead and order and replace without me first agreeing to the price or even the extra work is insane I would have politely declined just seem fishy and a way to get few more bucks out of ppl cause the ppl I originally went to also told me I needed to replace the hdmi port I did not use them because they charged more than discount gaming however I should have maybe it would have been better service with better communication… owner is great guy with positive friendly attitude but simply not happy with the non communication of the service I received but still having to pay on something that was not agreed upon between BOTH parties just bad business in my eyes I was told I got a call it was ready for pick up NOT about adding an extra piece with an extra cost and most businesses would definitely contact the customer to AGREE on the price change first and if you didn’t physically get a yes a no from the customer then u should NOT BE ADDING EXTRA PIECES FOR NO EXTRA...
