Unfortunately management is RACIST and LAXY at this Walgreens! I didn't have my receipt for two Heating Pads I was exchanging/returning so I left them at the front counter. The cashier informed me to go get what I wanted to exchange them for and a manager would come and conduct my transaction. Note: it's Covid-19 do it's literally 20 people in each line, so while I'm walking to get in line I'm approached by a different worker whom I know is management because of her grey vest and the fact that I'm a loyal Walgreen's customer. She tells me that they can't except my heating pads and that I have to take them to the store where I purchased them. Which is not true I purchased them with my insurance card and customer care card so all they had to do do is look it up. Well they took one look at me shopping and saw a Black woman in loud popping colors on and assumed I had stole my items. So now she can't dare offer to do a purchase history lookup because she claimed they aren't linked to other Walgreen's! I mean just lying because I gofrom Florida to, KY to Gary all the Time shopping and exchanging items. Never thought I'd be a victim of racism up here in the North shame on you they treat "Us Black Folks " good...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband and I went to the Walgreens on Grant. When we walked in, and went down the aisle, the lady, I donāt know her name, but she has beautiful salt and pepper hair. She spoke to us, and it was shocking. It is rare to find friendly customer service, so hearing her sincerely say hello, was a nice surprise. We also had questions about products, she immediately provided the answer. Sometimes you get such attitude that it makes you not want to ask for help!š But to have a good experience makes you want to shop at the store. Then we went another day, and Passion was the cashier. She was genuinely nice, with each of her customers. She greeted them, acknowledged them immediately, and ended with an enjoy your day! Thatās what we look for! So if you are looking for a Walgreens, Iād definitely give...
