Stay away from this place. I ordered over the phone then couldn't complete my order for extras because I was hung up on by the young lady. I made it to the establishment and was told I couldn't get condiments until I paid for the order-by the cook-He is a heavy set valid headed guy. At this point, I could have denied the order as it was already cooked and prepared. I still paid for my order and was recorded by the cook from out of nowhere as being belligerent and I also recorded him TOO-IM THE PAYING CUSTOMER PUTTING MY HARD EARNED MONEY INTO HIS LIVELIHOOD!! Today was the last day I supported this particular Sharks Restaurant. I ordered through Grubhub and went to pick up my order. A man at the window, who I assume is the manager, told me to click on the "got it" link in the app. I was not familiar with what he was talking about and I told him this. However, instead of helping a customer, he kept arguing with his staff about something and talking on the phone. He just told me "oh well, you won't be able to get your food then". This is after I showed him my receipt and order number. I waited for 30 minutes trying to figure out what he was talking about! If he wasn't sure it was me, he could've asked me for my I.D. Read moreThis afternoon I went here to get lunch and ordered a combo dinner. I ordered through drive thru but I felt in my gut something was off when the young lady returned my debit card. I immediately went to my online banking and notice that I had two transactions. One for the food I purchased and the other one was from an online store for an amount over $100 dollars. I REPEAT, I did not authorize or make this transaction. The bank is looking into it and just in case charges will be filed for fraud. So I pray that if this is the type of service that is going on when we purchase food... it's not worth it. Stealing other peoples money from their hard working money is not the way to go. I will be alerting my colleagues of this as well. Take care of your establishment and the people you have working for you.... it's not worth losing a business for...
