DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! LITERALLY THE WORST LITTLE CAESARS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. At 6:54 p.m., I placed an order and paid for it on the Little Caesar’s app. I received a confirmation that my order had been received. Therein, it also stated that I would receive another email once my food had been prepared and was ready to pickup. I never received an email. At 7:50, p.m., I drove to this location with the belief that my food would be available when I arrived. However, upon arrival my food was not in the “Pizza Portal.” I inquired about my order and to my surprise, the manager informed me that my order had been SOLD because I had not picked it up sooner. Although I had never received an email confirming that my food was done. I requested a refund and the manager then told me that my only remedy was to either get my food remade or file a complaint but I could NOT receive a refund. After several requests to issue me a refund, because they had sold my ALREADY PAID FOR FOOD, they still refused. I had to leave without my paid for product or a refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Read moreOrdered the fanceroni pizza which advertises a crispy Carlie crust. Got a regular crust. Asked for a replacement, attendance was like I needed to appreciate order asking for it to be burnt. What? They advertise it as crispy. It's basically a pan crust. He contributed to argue that it was my fault for not special ordering it despite the ad's description and picture. Asked for a refund since they're not gonna remake it and basically no, call customer service because it's a mobile order. Whole time he was rude and combative almost before I even said anything. Never coming back to this store again. Getting almost to not going to any little Caesars because they're customer service is TERRIBLE. Not offering anything for the wait or even an apology. One male worker complained about how sleep deprived he was and wanting to walk out and leave them hanging.
