He knocked off 10.00 for me after I called twice almost begging the man… Anyhow, he agreed to help and we dropped the phone off. I was so impressed by his ability to get things done effectively, that I went ahead and spent a little extra on the cologne that he has available (Chanel No 5) for a whopping 40.00!! It only took him approximately 30 minutes to fix the issue with the battery and he was able to point out that the battery had once been replaced before as well.
