Don't go to this store If you respect yourself. worst customer service I've ever seen... they just wanna sale to you,get their commission then kick you out😞 After your shoppping they don't care if you need any service or have any question. I don't care about money that I spent to buy boots for my wife and my girl. My point is "customer service" and "warranty" We gonna throw away my wife's boot with an "UGGly" hole in fron of that(just worn couple months) Even my girl's ugg boot is just worn one time, we found is large for her one size and just wanted to get one size smaller...the rude "manager" said we can't exchange!!!!!! Me: why?😨 "Manager": because they're worn!!!!!!!! I'm like excuse me🤔??? I don't wanna return or even store credit... I just wanna exchange because one of those dammaged from front of that in just couple months which is not even our fault and the other one is large, and worn just one time. Are you joking??? I didn't ask you to give me those as a gift😒. I spent my money in your store... I returned(not exchange) to the Macys and Costco a few times...even if I worn and I didn't like them. one time returned after three months.No question and full amount is "return policy" for them. Read moreMy husband and I visited the Ugg store in the outlets of Camarillo, it was a very bad experience I bought a pair of boots marked as a 50% off , my husband was charged 40%off instead of 50% off , we realized this right before leaving the store when we brought up this issue to the cashier she said she could not find us in the system mind you we had a receipt on hand.. they asked us to come back on 20 min to see if the purchase will appear on their system and give us the difference for the 50% When we came back , we realized that no only they remove the 50% off from the boots and put 40% instead.. they did not honor the price neither apologize for marking their offer wrong, they make us wait for a long time process the return. After she told us that it was sold out she walked to the counter they began to talk about it. My wife caught it and heard them saying "Size 11?" The male in an orange red button shirt commented, "Wow, that is bigger." They proceeded to laugh. This was with my wife next to them. This was highly unprofessional and inappropriate.
In the car my wife started to cry and be upset. We did not appreciate this nor believe customer service to be adequate.
