Harvard Law School needs to honestly explain that salaries of majority of lawyers are not high, especially if they work for Government. Furthermore, there is no shortage of lawyers and to create work places for jobless attorneys Government forms useless for public positions although lawyers are paid from taxpayers money. Most importantly, to increase volume of court hearings from which prosecutors, judges and lawyers have financial interest, all courts who I was dealing with had no appointed Clerk Magistrates meaning that no one checked what info was submitted for filing the court case. Without Clerk Magistrate hearing to check if the submitted for filing info has enough legal basis, minimum evidence and if it was filed with the court that has jurisdiction over the submitted for filing info, no Honorable Justice has jurisdiction to rule because technically the matter was not filed.

Due to personal greed to earn money State lawyers murdered myself and my child either because they do not understand or pretend that they do not understand the medical field. The indictment was not signed by any Clerk since even though Mass.gov lists Maura Hennigan as Clerk for the office for criminal business at The Suffolk Superior Court, she does not exist. The not signed by any Clerk paper abuses me and my child for over seven years now. I have no National Provider Identifier (NPI) and therefore I am unable to submit any claims to any insurance. Larceny over $250 were invented from MassHealth False Claims since prosecutors say that once the claim is submitted it is false claim and once it is paid it is Larceny over $250. This means if Medicaid False Claims are not applicable to me charges then invented from them Larceny over $250 are not relevant to me accusations too. Lawyers also forgot to look into my tax return showing loss of my agency which made me eligible for MassHealth and making no basis for MassHealth Member Eligibility Fraud accusation.

M.G.L.c.123 section 15 needs to be corrected to say that only psychiatrists can do court ordered psychiatric evaluations. Lawyers do not understand or pretend that they do not understand the difference between psychologist and psychiatrist because it is good for their income since even though psychologists are unable to diagnose mental disorders, judges close court cases due to defendant's incompetence to stand trial which was defined by psychologists who are paid by the court. Furthermore, if adult who do not understand the role of judge and lawyers is defined as incompetent to stand trial, meaning that the matter can not be resolved by lawyers at the court, then all kids are incompetent to stand trial because they have no enough life experience to understand the happening at the court room. This makes no sense for Juvenile Court making it clear that all Child Protective decisions need to be transferred from lawyers to the offices of physicians.

Ruling on the matters from the medical field which are not understood make courts not professional which violates at least one basic human right which is protected by at least Article 8 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights stating that everyone has right for remedy by professional National tribunals. At least 20 basic human rights of me and my child and employees and patients of my agency were violated during our suffering from the still open matter of fraud at The Suffolk Superior Court.

Lawyers are not clinicians and have no education in finance and no lawyer need to be allowed to make any decisions within the medical field like who is incompetent to stand trial, who needs a guardian and who needs to be appointed as a guardian or on the matter of reimbursement of clinicians for provided services.

My small family is suffering for over seven years from criminal matter, which accuses me of something that I am unable to do as individual with no evidence, which was filed with the State Court that has no jurisdiction over the Federal matter of fraud of Medicare/Medicaid institutional provider which is impossible to close...

Please cover let go of MIT, don't ask but it's pretty bad as neeeded 👆 we neeed a channel for the government to go on trial with paid scaffolded law clearance sets to the public and lawyers and the justice system plantiffs and defendants, along with scaffolded training even in grade school to knowledge of all law. "75% of Cambridge has bachelor's" (national society of leadership and success, n.d.) purpose to intimidate flocks the system, that case will not be discussed nor taught not to discuss woah real problems, and what it hides? Who knows...except great ignorance, stay off the block, fine stay off the radar, but don't be a menace to society while drinking juice in the hood, seriously after 400 years of war we can't feed people anything but ramen? After 7 years sure retail maybe who knows (felons) but what about the healthcare? And the long run genetics? And no one sees it, except rare species of devil's advocate doctors for criminals in like huge prisons.
