Went to support the Children's Miracle Network promotion, bucket sale, salesperson at service desk affirmed the buckets stacked in front of the desk were used for the purpose. After placing items to be purchased in the bucket, my wife and I headed towards the checkout. A lady who was identified as an assistant manager asked if we'd found everything needed, to which I replied that we really just came for the CMN promotion. She responded that the promotion ended yesterday Saturday, and the employee was likely not aware of this. So rather than leave our full bucket with the manager for restocking, we went and returned all but one item to the shelves. Explanation, apparently a specially marked bucket is used for the promotion and the store had run out of the buckets yesterday. Thanks for letting us know. You might want to advise employees...

Called Ace today to see what replacement screens they had in stock. The lady I spoke to was very adamant that I just needed to look on line and order for store pickup. I ordered online and the screen I ordered was canceled even tho it said in stock. I called the store to speak to the manager and was hung up on 3 times before finally getting thru to the manager. The manager easily found the screens and apologized for the hang up and tge cancellation. This is why I wanted the lady to confirm that the screen I needed was available and could be found. Well ad said that you had both in STOCK but when arived could not find both item. So asked and confirmed that you didn't have any of these in stock. So what kind of store does that. Then asked too.
