Starbucks — Restaurant in Cambridge

I ordered on the app and arrived 10 minutes later at the drive-thru. The lady asked if I had just ordered while in drive-thru. I told her I had placed the order about 10 minutes prior to arriving. She said the sticker just printed off and it would be a couple of minutes. I received my “drink” and drove forward and stoped to check that they put whipped cream on it...I asked for no foam and whipped cream and there was nothing but foam on my drink. Decided to go inside to rectify the problem. Informed them of the mistake and said all I needed was for the foam to be scooped off and whipped cream added and I’d be a happy camper. They gave me a gift card for my trouble which I said I didn’t need...it wasn’t necessary. They insisted. Take a sip only to realize they forgot to add my shots. Im not sure what’s happening but my order has been messed up 4 times. First time it happened the presentation looked like a beginner made it so I ignored it because I understand it takes practice and it at-least tasted good. Second time, it tasted awful had to turn around and ask them to make another presentation and taste not good. Third time the frappachino tasted like water literally. I had to go to a further Starbucks on my way to annapolis to fix it for me. Fourth time l asked for extra caramel which was not done, and the drink was not mixed properly. I was on my way over the bridge to visit a loved one that had been hospitalized in Baltimore. Exhuasted from this experience, I needed to head into Starbucks and get a pick me up. My emotions must have been written all over my face as the Barista, Rene, picked up on that immediately. She inquired as to what was wrong, and I started sobbing.
