Fresh cut Ribeyes were very tender and very pink. Called ahead to make sure they were in stock. Cut to order within 5 minutes of walking in. The marbling did not appear to be that great but all the flavor was there and very tender coming off the grill. Wish I had them cut thicker. 1" was not enough but now I know for next time.
