The Sales manager (J) seems incapable of measuring for a vest at the Andover location. After being brutally rejected from applying to this store by the owners (TM and his father), I returned to get a vest made in Andover. Conveniently, the only try on they had was a 44 for shoulder measurement. This is one whole shoulder size up from me as I know all of my vest measurements. The owners probed me for my client list and a tailor for their Harvard Square location. I offered them a tailor and they still haven't called her after three months . Avoid this place at all costs.
