Hi Trademark Tours I thoroughly enjoyed the HARVARD walking tour on March 13 Monday which started at 11.30 AM from Harvard Square. The Tour Guide I couldn't recall by name Sasha was awesome and explained the history and articles about Harvard University and it's iconic buildings and was very knowledgeable. Above all very worth spending wonderful time around Harvard campus. The second tour to MIT at Kendall Square at 1.30 pm the same day on Monday never happened. No one showed up and no one answered. I was literally there for 1 hr and took some pics of MIT with big disappointment. It would be better for Trademark Tours or Trip Advisor to communicate thru email or phone message if such tour meeting is canceled and there is money lost here with no refund. Definitely I will never recommend a MIT walking tour to anyone. Sorry about that. The Harvard Tour was awesome and the MIT Tour which never happened was dissaponting...

I love tours, as does my husband. HOWEVER, today I felt like we were being shown around by a Valley girl and couldn't get past her screeching voice. We had to leave early and walk Harvard yard without the group. I think I had it all built up to be much nicer and more refined than it actually was. Our home campus at Auburn University is so much nicer, the kids are more respectful/respectable. I feel you should save your money by not paying for this tour (unless you can find an adult or someone tolerable to follow around for an hour).

My husband and I had the privilege of being guided around Harvard by an incredible student tour guide, Josh. His passion for the school was palpable, and his knowledge was nothing short of impressive. Every detail was delivered with enthusiasm, making the tour both informative and enjoyable. It’s clear that he has a deep love for Harvard, and it shines through in the way he shares Harvard’s history and traditions. If you’re visiting Harvard, this guide is an absolute must-have for the full experience!

I am thrilled to write a stellar review for Oliver, our exceptional tour guide for the Hahvahd tour. Oliver's enthusiasm, knowledge, and charismatic personality made our experience truly memorable.

From the moment we met Oliver, it was evident that he was passionate about sharing the rich history and fascinating anecdotes of Harvard University. His deep understanding of the institution's traditions, academic achievements, and notable alumni was impressive. Oliver effortlessly brought the stories to life, painting vivid pictures with his words and captivating our attention throughout the tour.

What set Oliver apart was his ability to engage with everyone in our group. He was attentive to our questions and took the time to ensure that each person felt included and involved. His friendly demeanor and sense of humor created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel comfortable to ask any questions or seek further clarification.

Oliver's presentation skills were outstanding. He expertly balanced historical facts with entertaining stories, ensuring that the tour was informative and enjoyable for all ages. His engaging delivery and animated gestures added an extra layer of excitement to the tour, making it more than just a walk through the campus but a true adventure.

Furthermore, Oliver's professionalism and organizational skills were commendable. He managed the group efficiently, keeping us on schedule without making us feel rushed. He was well-prepared, providing us with interesting tidbits and insider knowledge that enhanced our understanding of Harvard's culture and traditions.

Overall, Oliver's dedication to his craft and his genuine passion for sharing the wonders of Harvard University made our Hahvahd tour an unforgettable experience. His expertise, charisma, and ability to connect with people are truly commendable. I highly recommend Oliver as a tour guide for anyone visiting Harvard or seeking an enlightening and entertaining tour experience.

Unfortunately we felt our tour was mediocre and not worth the price or the 5 star reviews they've been getting.

The tour was advertised as 70 minutes, but we left at around 11:05 and ended the tour at 11:55. We felt ripped off, especially considering the tour had almost 30 people paying $20 each.

Harvard Yard was closed while we were there, which certainly detracted from the experience, as we did nothing except walk around the perimeter and our path never took us anywhere overly interesting. We would have appreciated it if the tour showed us alternative locations or reduced the price because of the closure.

However, our guide, Cam, was a good presenter, and I can't really fault him. We would have enjoyed the tour more if it was 70 mins (not 50 mins) and if it included more stories about the history of the campus and its...
