I I could have given 10⭐'s I WOULD HAVE. These ppl have been so very good to us! We have been stuck in our RV in their parking lot close to a week waiting on parts bc our brakes have to be replaced and I mean these ppl have went over and BEYOND their call of duty! I've never in my life seen so much kindness from a parts store. They actually brought us out food and drink,I won't go into detail just bc I'd hate to have these wonderful ppl taken advantage of bc if I told u how nice they have been to us someone would surely try to. SO this place rocks! Truly does! I can't give a higher recommendation than this one right here! Thanks guys! U will be rid of us Thursday!!! We would definitely recommend and will definitely use them above any1 else when in the area Every employee as well as manager are AMAZINGLY caring ppl. Went to have them replace my wipers which I spent $75.00 on and one of the employees had a attitude cause he was asked to do it and broke a piece on the arm on the back of my car,the guy even tried to get me to go across the road to get it replaced my self but the manager Chelsea really wanted to help me so she ordered a new arm for it. So even if I had a bad experience from one employee the manager Chelsea made it right. Hopefully that employee won't be having that same attitude with others. I went to get my battery checked and possibly replaced. There was only one other customer. The young man asked my model and when I told him he looked at me and said I can sell you one but can't put it in for you. His laptop screen said my car was possibly difficult and lengthy to install. I told him it wasn't a problem before in Memphis. So he told me again he couldn't help me and I said Ok and walked out. I drove to Walmart and checked my battery and installed a new one in less than 15 minutes and were very professional...
